SHIPPING
You
understand, agree and accept that:

utilizes the courier network run by one of its group companies, Overnite
Express Limited, for the shipping of customer orders.

JustPrint
assumes no responsibility for the delay or failure of delivery of the
consignments and for storing any such consignments for future delivery.

The
quality and any other standards of any material or its packing received by you
at any time as a product or as part of a product may not be maintained or may
not be exactly the same in subsequent deliveries to you.

JustPrint
shall not incur any liability by reason of the loss, mis-delivery or delay of
or damage to files or documents except in so far as such liability may in
express terms be undertaken by JustPrint as provided and no
official of JustPrint
shall incur any liability by reason of any
such loss, mis-delivery, delay or damage unless he has caused the same
fraudulently or by his willful act.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
JustPrint assumes
no responsibility, if it is not possible to deliver a shipment because of an
incorrect address. To exercise appropriate and reasonable efforts to find the
correct address will be at the sole discretion of the shipment carrier as per
their rules and regulations.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REJECTED
SHIPMENTS
JustPrint never keep any
kind of undelivered consignment and assumes no responsibilities on such items.
EXCLUSIONS
JustPrint is
not liable for any consequential or special damages or loss (including loss of
income, profits, markets reputation, use of contents or loss of an opportunity)
or other indirect loss arising from the loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery or
non-delivery of your shipment even if we had knowledge that such damages or
loss might arise.
JustPrint is
not liable if your shipment or any part of it is lost, damaged, delayed or
misdelivered or not delivered at all as a result of:

Circumstances beyond our
control such as (but not limited to):

Acts of God including
earthquakes, cyclones, storms, flooding, fire, disease, fog, snow or frost.

Force majeure including
war, accidents, act of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of the air,
local disputes, or civil commotions.

National or local
disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, mechanical problems to
the modes of transport or machinery.

Latent defects or inherent
vice in the contents of the shipment.

The contents of the
documents consisting of any article that is a prohibited item even though we
may have accepted the order and shipped it by mistake.
CLAIMS
If you wish to claim for a
lost, damaged or delayed shipment you must comply with the following procedure
otherwise we reserve the right to reject your claim.

We will assume the
shipment was delivered in good condition unless the receiver has noted any
damage on our delivery record when he or she accepted the shipment.

If you wish to claim for a
lost, damaged or delayed shipment, in order for us to consider the claim, the
contents of your shipment and the original packaging must be made available to
us for inspection.
LEGAL TERMS
The final right of
refusing any kind of printing or shipping of your order lies with JustPrint.in.
However, the agreement and all the disputes and claims relating in anyway to,
or arising out, shall be governed by The JURISDICTION OF DELHI.
